2. General House Rules
- Maximum Occupancy: 14 guests, including children.
- Quiet Hours: 11 PM – 6 AM – Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down during these times.
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. You may smoke in the outdoor areas only. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
- No Parties or Events: Unauthorized parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted. Quiet social gatherings are fine but must adhere to occupancy limits.
3. Pool and Outdoor Safety
- No Lifeguard on Duty: The pool is used at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
- No Glass in the Pool Area: Please use plastic or shatterproof containers around the pool for everyone’s safety.
- Pool Rules:
- No diving or rough play.
- Shower before entering the pool.
- Close the pool gate after each use.
- Pool Accesories: Pool Noodles are located in the pool box along with googles and pool towels.
4. Kitchen and Appliances
- Kitchen Use: Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourself. We ask that you do not leave dirty dishes or food out.
5. Trash and Recycling
- Trash Disposal: Dispose of trash in the designated bins. Trash day is Wednesday, please take trash to bins on the parking lot.
6. Pets
- Pet Policy: Pets are NOT allowed
7. Respect the Property
- Furniture: Please do not rearrange furniture. Any damages must be reported immediately.
- Towels and Linens: Do not take bath towels to the pool. The pool box includes pool towels.
8. Emergencies and Contact Information
- Emergency Contacts: In case of emergencies, dial 911. For non-emergencies, you can text us at 314.827.4646
- First Aid Kit: Located in Kitchen.
- Wi-Fi: Provided at the house.
9. Additional Information
- Lost or Damaged Items: Please inform us of any damage or lost items during your stay. Fees may apply for unreported damages.
- Local Attractions: We’ve provided a guidebook at Brick House of Washington with recommendations for restaurants, activities, and local attractions.
